Public Offer
Acceptance of the offer
The user confirms acceptance of this offer by actually using the website, registering an account, signing in, topping up balance, proceeding to payment, using the API key, or otherwise using the functionality of codex.sale.
Acceptance means the user understands the digital nature of the product and service, accepts the dashboard rules, the balance top-up flow, the access delivery terms, and the support contact procedure for payment, refund, and technical issues.
Subject of the offer
The service provides the user with access to codex.sale digital features, including account registration and use of the dashboard, topping up internal balance, receiving an API key, using digital access within the service, and receiving related technical information.
The exact scope and contents of the digital service, as well as the top-up cost and usage rules, are determined by the website interface, the dashboard logic, active tariffs, and the current rules published on the public codex.sale pages.
Payment and digital product delivery
Payment is made by topping up the user's balance or by another method explicitly stated on the website. After payment confirmation, the service will display the updated balance within a reasonable technical period and provide access to further use of the digital product or feature.
Unless stated otherwise on a specific payment page, digital product delivery, access issuance, or payment completion may take up to 48 hours. Technical delays caused by payment infrastructure, manual dispute review, or external restrictions do not by themselves mean the service refuses to perform its obligations.
Prohibited use: jailbreaks and abuse
The use or attempted use of jailbreaks, prompt injections, or other requests, instructions, scripts or tools designed to bypass safety mechanisms, safety filters or restrictions of models, the Service or model providers is prohibited, even if the attempt is unsuccessful.
Circumventing request limits, concurrent connection limits, token accounting or billing, authorization or blocks is prohibited, including through multiple accounts, API keys or other technical means.
Deliberate flooding and artificial load intended to exhaust resources, disrupt availability or cause losses are prohibited, including mass repeated requests, endless generation loops and intentionally stalled connections used for that purpose. Ordinary API use, long outputs and high usage within agreed limits are not violations by themselves.
Exploiting vulnerabilities, accessing another person's data, accounts or infrastructure without authorization, and evading an existing block through new accounts are prohibited. Discussing security or jailbreaks without attempting to bypass safeguards is not prohibited by itself.
Account blocking
For a confirmed violation of the prohibited-use terms, the Administration may immediately suspend access or permanently block the account and associated API keys. The no-refund terms are set out below.
If the user believes a block is a mistake, they may contact support at @Codexalo with their account login and details of the situation. Support will review the grounds for the block.
Voluntary refunds
A voluntary refund because the user changed their mind or found the service unsuitable is available if no more than 35% of the paid tokens from the corresponding top-up have been used. Once this threshold is exceeded, the voluntary guarantee ends. This restriction does not affect the user's rights under applicable law, including claims relating to defects in the service.
The voluntary refund rule with a 35% threshold applies to new top-ups paid after publication of this version. It does not apply retroactively to previously paid top-ups.
For confirmed use of jailbreaks, circumvention of safeguards or other abuse prohibited by the Public Offer, the Administration may block the account and API keys without refunding payments or unused balance to the extent permitted by applicable law. The voluntary refund guarantee, including the 35% token usage rule, does not apply to such a block. Blocking does not remove any refund required by law, including a refund of unused funds where legally required; the grounds and amount of any deductions are governed by applicable law.
The terms prohibiting jailbreaks, circumvention of safeguards and abuse were published on 1 October 2026 and apply to conduct after publication. New restrictions on voluntary refunds apply only to top-ups paid after these terms were published; rights relating to previously paid top-ups are preserved.
Responsibilities of the parties and updates
The user agrees to provide accurate registration data, not share dashboard access or API keys with third parties without understanding the risks, not use the service for unlawful purposes, and not take actions that disrupt the operation of the website or infrastructure.
The service may change the website interface, dashboard logic, balance display rules, payment methods, digital feature set, and document wording provided the current version is published on the website. The new version takes effect from the time it is published on codex.sale unless a different effective date is stated in the text.
