Refund Policy
Payment terms
Payment for services and digital goods is made on the terms stated in the Service before payment.
Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and services, refunds are not provided after access has been granted, except where expressly stated in this Refund Policy.
When a refund is possible
In addition to the voluntary refund guarantee, a refund may be available, in particular, if the service was not delivered due to a technical fault of the Service, access to the digital product was not actually granted within 48 hours, or the product is defective due to the Administration's fault.
A voluntary refund because the user changed their mind or found the service unsuitable is available if no more than 35% of the paid tokens from the corresponding top-up have been used. Once this threshold is exceeded, the voluntary guarantee ends. This restriction does not affect the user's rights under applicable law, including claims relating to defects in the service.
The voluntary refund rule with a 35% threshold applies to new top-ups paid after publication of this version. It does not apply retroactively to previously paid top-ups.
Blocking for jailbreaks and abuse
For confirmed use of jailbreaks, circumvention of safeguards or other abuse prohibited by the Public Offer, the Administration may block the account and API keys without refunding payments or unused balance to the extent permitted by applicable law. The voluntary refund guarantee, including the 35% token usage rule, does not apply to such a block. Blocking does not remove any refund required by law, including a refund of unused funds where legally required; the grounds and amount of any deductions are governed by applicable law.
The terms prohibiting jailbreaks, circumvention of safeguards and abuse were published on 1 October 2026 and apply to conduct after publication. New restrictions on voluntary refunds apply only to top-ups paid after these terms were published; rights relating to previously paid top-ups are preserved.
If the user believes a block is a mistake, they may contact support at @Codexalo with their account login and details of the situation. Support will review the grounds for the block.
Refund procedure
Refunds are made to the payment details from which the original payment was sent.
Review of the request and refund execution are carried out within 72 hours from the moment the User contacts support.
The deadline to submit a refund request is 72 hours after the expiry of the stated product delivery period.
Contacting support
To submit a refund request, the User must contact support and describe the situation: provide account login, payment date and method, the nature of the issue, and, where possible, supporting materials. The Service may request additional information for verification if needed.
The User confirms they will not initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Service support team.
